Jayne Brealey Stroppiana
HOTEL MANAGER

"Jayne's a total delight.
She was three years at the Ivy, then managed the Connaught Grill.
She's cheerful and brilliant.
" sums up British celebrity food critic in his Sunday Times column 'Winner's Dinners'.
Winner has followed Jayne's career from her arrival on the London Restaurant scene at Mash in the city's Great Portland Street owned by the renowned British restaurateur Oliver Peyton, for whom Jayne had just completed 2 years service at Payton's groundbreaking Mash and Air restaurant in Manchester , to her time at Gualtiero Marchesi's, the founder of modern Italian Cuisine's Michelin Starred Restaurant Gualtiero Marchesi in Erbusco.
Jayne's infectious enthusiasm, vibrancy and natural flair has helped her achieve great things within the hospitality industry.
This enthusiasm has been the driving force behind a string of successful international high profile restaurant openings including Glasshouse in the Hilton Dubai Creek, Angela Hartnett at the Connaught Connaught Hotel in London for the 12 times awarded Michelin Star British chef Gordon Ramsay and being the Lunchtime Maitre 'D at the Celebrity hotspot The Ivy in London's West End, who tripled the amount of covers served at lunch.
Michelin starred chefs, celebrity diners and restaurant critics all believe the industry is all the better for Jayne's return at the Palas Cerequio for Michele Chiarlo and family.
The family run hotel in the heart of Borolo will bring back fond memories for Jayne as she was brought up in a small seaside hotel in the UK.
